PredTerminal provides prediction market data aggregation, analytics, and tracking tools across Polymarket and Kalshi. The Service includes market data visualization, whale bet tracking, arbitrage scanning, and trader leaderboards. PredTerminal does not facilitate trading and is not a prediction market platform itself.

PredTerminal offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, PredTerminal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to delays, errors, or omissions.

PredTerminal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
