What does PredTerminal do?

The same real-world question is often listed on more than one site, and the two prices are not the same. PredTerminal matches those questions across Polymarket (on-chain, USDC, UMA oracle) and Kalshi (US, CFTC-regulated), prices each side, and reports the difference between them after fees. Nothing in the matching or the pricing depends on which sites those are: these two are what is wired today, not the limit of the idea.
